oh god this has been one of the craziest days in America. i woke Nicole up as she asked at 9.15 and went back to sleep. in an hour i suppose she knocked on the door and asked if i was ready. we were supposed to go shopping and get her a cd player for her new Volkswagen car (with a manual shift which she is trying to learn to drive now..). but i thought i was supposed to go only shopping with her! well i got ready as quickly as i could then we got moving. i was glad to have my seatbelt on during that ride hehe :D.
then we went to World Market which is a nice store with all kinds of stuff from different countries where Nicole works. However the store is closing soon and they have a big sale now.
then! we went to bakers square for breakfast... and oh my god! they had some new stuff.. and new crepes! (crepes are pancakes for what we know them..) but those crepes were with cream cheese and Nutella topped with strawberries and banana slices. this was the best combination ever! they were really delicious mmmmmmmmmmmmm!
so in very good spirits after that we went to the mall.. and.. i saw this purse.. that was 140$! that store was great but we left because it was pricey and i didn't want to spend money before the trip. however i decided to actually go nuts and get that purse :D. Nicole said we'd stop there again on the way back. and we went to bed, bath and beyond. i got some oil, lotion, and a really beautiful oil warmer.
then we went back and i got that purse :D oh my god i'm horrible :D right before the trip! ugh.. anyway...
when we got home Nicole went to clean the bathroom, and i started doing the dishes. then Mike arrived and said he called me but i didn't pick up. as it turned out i lost my phone!!! we called the mall but they said it wasn't there. so i decided that i lost it at Target (where we went to after the mall). and i decided to drive there. i messed up once or twice, there was a pedestrian J-walking in front of me who almost got hit by me! then there was a car who did pretty armenian thing and cut me off.. it was a horrible drive about one of my worst and one of the longest and more complicated ones.
However i found my phone, and when we were getting into the car.. i opened the door... and scratched the door of the car standing next to me! then we just took off :D i just said oops! and started backing up :D.
Now the day is still not over - we are about to go to Bumpers, i'm gonna drink and dance :D. this is the last day of going to the bar before our trip!
i'm soooo excited! i can't believe we're leaving next week! i probably need to start packing :D:D. alright off i go!
